Add a widget to your Shopify store

Your widget is ready. Now it needs a home.

On Shopify that’s a theme block, like any other section. No code to paste.

1. Open your widget in the Widgeteer app and click Open theme editor.
2. Go to the page you want the widget on, like a product page or the home page.
3. Click Add section or Add block, then pick Widgeteer Widget under Apps.
4. In the block settings, pick your widget. Choose left, centre or right alignment if you like.
5. Click Save.

Good to know

• Nothing shows? Check Widgeteer is switched on in your theme. The banner on the app’s home page walks you through it.
• Edits you save in Widgeteer show in your store straight away.
• You can add the same widget to as many pages as you like.
